This is for A customer in Japan who distributes temperature-sensitive medical products especially against high temperature.
The biggest concern is the ambient truck delivery in the summer time. The outer carton is already fixed thus we suggested InsulBox® to install inside of the carton. Radiant heat does not consist only of the visible lights but invisible infrared, thus even inside the carton reflective coating reflects radiant heat and large air cylinder (φ25mm+) helps to mitigate conductive and convective heat transfer.
お客様は温度保護、特に高温に対しての保護が必要な医療関連製品の流通をされています。外装カートンはすでに決まっているため、内部に挿入するInsulBox®をご提案しました。放射熱は可視光線だけでなく目に見えない赤外線に拠っても伝達されるため内部であっても反射コーティングが放射熱を反射し、また業界最大の空気層（直径25mm以上）が熱伝導及び対流熱も低減するのに役立ちます。
